The Wellness Walk & Brunch Retreat is a gentle, guided experience for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and prioritise their wellbeing in a supportive community.

This experience begins with a mindful wellness walk in nature, creating space to breathe, reflect, and reset away from the demands of everyday life.

We will then come together for a relaxed brunch, offering time for meaningful conversation, connection, and encouragement.

Facilitated by Leanne Evans Harknett, this retreat is designed for women at any stage of life who may be feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or simply in need of intentional rest. You don’t need to prepare or perform — just come as you are.

This is a space to be grounded, connect, and be reminded that you don’t have to do life alone.
