Meet the Founder

Leanne Evans-Harknett, Founder and Heart of Lifted Spirits

Hello! I’m Leanne, a seasoned coach, presenter and faith-driven facilitator. Believing in the power of community and divine purpose, with a heart for lifting women into leadership and joy, I founded Lifted Spirits to be a faith-based space of healing and transformation.
Lifted Spirits is more than a wellbeing platform, it’s a movement, especially those often overlooked in mainstream wellness, leadership and spiritual spaces. Inspired by Matthew 5:14-16, we’re reminded that we are the light of the world that is meant to shine boldly, without fear. Our mission is simple: to help women discover that light, nurture it and amplify it, so they can live a life of freedom, joy and undeniable purpose.
14 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand; and it gives light to all who are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven
Matthew 5:14-16

Testimonial
“I am at the beginning of my wellness journey, trying to navigate different areas of life and spirituality and felt I needed guidance on what would best help me. I was experiencing stress to the point where it was manifesting physically. Lifted Spirits recommended a coaching session. During my first session, I shared that I was feeling tightness in my chest, around my heart.
Our sessions went deep as we explored the root causes of my stress and overwhelm. Lifted Spirits listened so intently, and I was so grateful for the space they created for me to open up and truly heal. As our session progressed, I literally felt a blockage release from my body, and I could breathe properly again!
I would highly recommend Lifted Spirits to anyone needing guidance. Their friendly, calm and authentic nature is so warming and they can definitely help you transform on your path, whatever that may be.”
